# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces mushrooms
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 400°F. Clean and cut mushrooms.
02 - Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, and brown sugar until well combined.
03 - Toss the mushrooms with the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
04 - Spread the mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
