# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
03 - In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
04 - Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
06 - Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips, if using.
07 - Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
08 - Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
09 - Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
