# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

03 - 1/2 cup golden brown sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 4 medium-sized ripe bananas
07 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
11 - 1 cup walnuts, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, golden brown sugar, and melted unsalted butter using an electric hand mixer at medium-low speed for 1 minute.
02 - Add vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture. Mix on medium speed until fully combined.
03 - Mash the ripe bananas in a separate bowl and add them to the batter. Mix well.
04 - Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
05 - Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts using a spatula.
06 - Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner completely with batter. This recipe yields 12-13 full muffins.
