01 - 1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
04 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
05 - 8 ounces burrata cheese
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Black pepper to taste
08 - Balsamic glaze for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
03 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
04 - In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Once the baguette slices are toasted, let them cool slightly, then top each slice with a generous spoonful of burrata, and place the tomato-basil mixture on top.
06 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
