Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 box brownie mix (18.4 oz)

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 3 large eggs, at room temperature
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

→ Topping

08 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, pour half into the prepared pan, and bake for about 20 minutes until set but fudgy. Let cool.
03 - In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
04 - Fold in chocolate chips and pour the mixture over the cooled brownie base. Drizzle with caramel sauce before baking for 50-60 minutes until edges are set.
05 - Allow to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight. Serve with additional caramel drizzled on top.

# Notes:

01 - For a richer flavor, substitute regular chocolate with dark chocolate.
02 - Add a pinch of sea salt on top of the caramel for a sweet-salty twist.
