Cheesy Corn Fritters Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups corn
02 - 1/4 cup cornmeal
03 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1 green onion, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan or cheese of choice
08 - 1 handful cilantro, chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
10 - Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
11 - 1 tablespoon oil
12 - Sour or heavy cream, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Combine corn, cornmeal, flour, smoked paprika, egg, grated parmesan, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add water as needed to adjust consistency.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat. Spoon the mixture into the pan to form patties. Cook each side until golden brown, approximately 4 minutes per side.
03 - Top each fritter with a dollop of sour or heavy cream before serving. Enjoy!
