01 - 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 regular size bag of frozen shredded hash browns
05 - ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
06 - 1 can cheddar cheese soup
07 - ½ cup sour cream
08 - 1 packet ranch seasoning
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

# Instructions:

01 - In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced smoked sausage, bell peppers, and diced onion until slightly browned and aromatic (optional but recommended).
02 - Transfer the sautéed mixture to a crockpot. Add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese to the crockpot. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
03 - Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese has melted into a creamy sauce.
