01 -
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken sausages in the mixture until well coated. Set aside.
02 -
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken sausages and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
04 -
In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Add the sliced zucchinis and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
05 -
Return the chicken sausages to the skillet with the sauteed vegetables. Add the cooked pasta, chicken broth, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
06 -
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Once the dish is heated through and the flavors have developed, remove from heat. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
