Chocolate Chip Dough Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base and Filling

01 - 2 cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs
02 - ½ cup melted butter
03 - 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
04 - ½ pint chocolate chip cookie dough
05 - ½ cup mini chocolate chips

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Whipped cream
07 - Chocolate syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter to form a crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
02 - Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
03 - Crumble chunks of cookie dough over the ice cream layer. Add mini chocolate chips.
04 - Top with additional ice cream and smooth the surface. Freeze for 2-4 hours until firm.
05 - Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For easy slicing, run your knife under warm water before cutting the cake.
02 - You can customize the ice cream flavor to your preference.
