Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Crumble chunks of cookie dough over the ice cream layer. Add mini chocolate chips.

Top with additional ice cream and smooth the surface. Freeze for 2-4 hours until firm.
