Chocolate Smoothie Blend Idea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 6 oz vanilla yogurt (dairy-free or sugar-free if desired)
02 - 1/2 cup milk of choice
03 - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
04 - 1 pinch salt

→ Optional Ingredients

05 - 2 tbsp peanut butter
06 - Sugar or sweetener of choice, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a blender.
02 - Blend the ingredients until smooth.
03 - Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
04 - For a thicker smoothie, freeze the milk in an ice cube tray ahead of time. Once frozen, blend with the other ingredients using a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix.

# Notes:

01 - Use frozen milk cubes for a thicker smoothie texture. Adjust sweetness based on personal preference.
