# Ingredients:

08 - ¼ cup sliced banana or berries
09 - 1 tbsp chopped nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans
10 - 2 tbsp milk as needed for mixing

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with protein powder and 1–2 tbsp milk until smooth and fully combined. For a super creamy consistency, blend it in a food processor for 10–15 seconds.
02 - Drizzle peanut butter and honey over the top.
03 - Sprinkle with chia seeds, hemp seeds, and mini chocolate chips for extra crunch and nutrients.
