Crispy Chilli Beef Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 300g 5% fat beef mince
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 20ml dark soy sauce
06 - 15ml sriracha
07 - 10g tomato puree
08 - 20g honey
09 - 250g cooked rice
10 - Optional toppings: sliced spring onion, sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
02 - Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the onion and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add the beef mince to the pan and cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates and the beef is browned.
04 - In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, tomato puree, honey, and a splash of water. Mix well.
05 - Pour the sauce into the pan with the beef and cook until the mixture thickens.
06 - Stir in the cooked rice and mix well until evenly coated and heated through.
07 - Top with spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
