# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or choice)
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - Optional: additional spices like paprika or chili powder for extra flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Use the back of a spoon to flatten each mound into a thin, even layer.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
05 - Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, enjoy your crispy cottage cheese chips with your favorite dips or on their own.
