Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Use the back of a spoon to flatten each mound into a thin, even layer.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
