Crispy Parmesan Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 small to medium chicken breasts or 2 large halved
02 - Salt to taste
03 - Pepper to taste
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

05 - 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
08 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
09 - 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
02 - Lower heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream, stirring continuously. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
03 - Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Serve hot with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
