Mediterranean Steak Bowl Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb steak (such as flank or sirloin)
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Pepper, to taste
04 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1 cucumber, diced
06 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

→ Yogurt Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 2 tbsp olive oil
11 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - 1/4 tsp paprika
14 - 1/4 tsp cumin
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Pepper, to taste

→ Garnish (Optional)

17 - Chopped parsley
18 - Almonds or nuts of choice, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness is achieved. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, yellow bell pepper, and fresh parsley. Toss lightly with a pinch of salt.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
04 - In serving bowls, layer the vegetable mixture and the sliced steak. Add a generous dollop of yogurt sauce on top.
05 - Top with additional fresh parsley and chopped almonds or nuts, if desired.
06 - Serve the Mediterranean steak bowls warm or at room temperature.
