# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup sugar

06 - 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 3 large eggs
09 - 1 cup chocolate chips
10 - 1 cup sour cream
11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
12 - Fresh strawberries for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Mix in eggs one at a time. Fold in chopped strawberries. Pour into the cooled crust.
03 - Bake for 60-70 minutes until set. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar, then chill for 4 hours or overnight.
04 - Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream. Pour over chilled cheesecake and garnish with fresh strawberries.
