# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
03 - 1/2 cup lime juice
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

→ Dressing

07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/4 cup sour cream
09 - 2 tablespoons chunky and spicy salsa
10 - 1 tablespoon milk
11 - 1 teaspoon Cajun blackened spice mix
12 - 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
13 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
14 - 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed

→ Chicken

15 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
16 - 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
17 - 2 cups corn chips, crushed

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix water, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and ground ginger to create the marinade.
02 - Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salsa, milk, Cajun blackened spice mix, parsley, hot sauce, and dried dill weed to make the dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
04 - Preheat a grill to 375-450°F (190-232°C).
05 - Grill the chicken breasts for 3-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
06 - Brush grilled chicken with the dressing, then top with shredded cheese.
07 - Broil the chicken until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
