06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100g)
10 - 3 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

11 - 1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (120g)
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
13 - Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cooked rice.
03 - Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
05 - In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter until combined.
06 - Evenly distribute the cracker topping over the cheese layer.
07 - Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
08 - Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
