Bang Bang Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp kosher salt
06 - ½ tsp black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
08 - ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
09 - 2 tsp Sriracha
10 - 2 tbsp honey

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Thread 4-5 cubes of seasoned chicken onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, ensure they’ve been soaked in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
03 - Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl. Divide the sauce into two portions—one for basting during cooking and the other for serving.
04 - For air fryer: Cook at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. For oven: Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. For grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes per side.
05 - Brush cooked skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
