Easy Chipotle Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base ingredients

01 - 2 cups shredded chicken, homemade or store-bought
02 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
03 - 1-2 celery stalks, diced
04 - 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (leaves and stems)

→ Dressing ingredients

05 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
07 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
08 - 1 chipotle pepper (in adobo sauce), chopped
09 - 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
10 - 1 garlic clove, minced
11 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Add the shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and chopped cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetables. Mix thoroughly until everything is uniformly coated.
