# Ingredients:

01 - 450g ground chicken or turkey
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
03 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1 egg, for binding
05 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
07 - 1 tsp dried oregano
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
10 - 1 tbsp lemon zest
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1/2 tsp salt
13 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

14 - Tzatziki sauce
15 - Pita bread or flatbreads

17 - Lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, parsley, dill, oregano, garlic, red onion, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking.
02 - Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form 1.5-inch meatballs (approximately 20 in total). Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
03 - Option 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes until golden and their internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Option 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Cook the meatballs in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
04 - Let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes to retain their juiciness.
05 - Serve the meatballs with tzatziki, pita, or a Greek salad.
