Grilled Chicken Yogurt Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 4 chicken breasts, cubed
02 - 3 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 2 tbsp vinegar
05 - ½ tsp kosher salt
06 - ½ tsp oregano
07 - ½ tsp pepper

→ Yogurt Sauce

08 - ¾ cup Greek yogurt, unflavored, full-fat
09 - ¼ cup dill, finely chopped
10 - 1 garlic clove, minced
11 - 2 tbsp grated cucumber, excess water removed
12 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
13 - 1 pinch kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, honey, vinegar, kosher salt, oregano, and pepper.
02 - Clean and oil your grill. Preheat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (medium heat).
03 - Combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, garlic clove, cucumber, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Cover it and place it into the fridge until ready to serve.
04 - Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
05 - Place the skewers directly onto the grill grates. Grill them for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
06 - Serve the grilled chicken with the chilled yogurt sauce.
