02 - 1 lemon, cut into thin slices or wedges
03 - 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks (optional)
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes

→ For the Marinade

05 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Optional Garnishes

11 - Fresh thyme sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - Thread halloumi cubes, lemon slices, red onion chunks, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients for visual appeal. Brush any remaining marinade over the assembled skewers.
02 - Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
03 - Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the halloumi is golden and slightly charred. Rotate the skewers carefully to ensure even cooking.
04 - Transfer the skewers to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs, a drizzle of olive oil, or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 15–20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
