Grilled Peaches Vanilla Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe peaches
02 - 2 ripe nectarines
03 - Canola oil
04 - 8 large scoops vanilla ice cream
05 - Honey
06 - Flaky sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
02 - Brush the peach and nectarine halves with a light coat of canola oil.
03 - Place the oiled halves on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, rotating 90 degrees halfway through until grill marks appear and the fruit begins to caramelize.
04 - Remove the fruit from the grill using tongs. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of each fruit half. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
