1 cup frozen mixed berries, 190 g

1 cup milk, 236 mL

1 banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 120 g
# Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Combine all ingredients except for the milk in a bag and freeze. When ready, transfer frozen ingredients to a blender, add milk, and blend.

For added nutrients, consider blending in 1 cup spinach, 1 cup kale, or 1 carrot.
