# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 190 g
02 - 1 cup milk, 236 mL
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 120 g

# Instructions:

01 - Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
02 - Combine all ingredients except for the milk in a bag and freeze. When ready, transfer frozen ingredients to a blender, add milk, and blend.

# Notes:

01 - For added nutrients, consider blending in 1 cup spinach, 1 cup kale, or 1 carrot.
02 - Boost protein and healthy fats by adding 1 tablespoon nut butter, chia seeds, or flax seeds, or ¼ cup cottage cheese or ¼ block silken tofu.
