Lemon Dill Salmon Pasta

1 lb salmon fillet, cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
# Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon cubes until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest to the skillet. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Toss in cooked pasta and salmon. Sprinkle with dill and Parmesan before serving.
