Lemon Dill Salmon Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 12 oz linguine
02 - 1 lb salmon fillet, cubed
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
05 - Zest and juice of 1 lemon
06 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon cubes until golden. Remove and set aside.
03 - Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest to the skillet. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
04 - Toss in cooked pasta and salmon. Sprinkle with dill and Parmesan before serving.
