Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.

While the fries are baking, warm up the cooked chicken and turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.

Once fries are crispy, remove from oven and evenly top with cooked chicken and turkey bacon.

Sprinkle both cheeses generously over the fries. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
