Louisiana Voodoo Fries Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fries and base

01 - 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen seasoned fries
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Toppings

03 - 1/2 lb cooked turkey bacon, chopped
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/2 lb cooked chicken breast or pulled rotisserie chicken
07 - 1/4 cup diced green onions
08 - 1/2 cup Louisiana Voodoo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
09 - Optional: Ranch dressing drizzle, pickled jalapeños, parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
02 - While the fries are baking, warm up the cooked chicken and turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.
03 - Once fries are crispy, remove from oven and evenly top with cooked chicken and turkey bacon.
04 - Sprinkle both cheeses generously over the fries. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
05 - Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with Louisiana Voodoo sauce. Garnish with green onions, optional ranch drizzle, pickled jalapeños, and a sprinkle of parsley. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy magic!
