01 - 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 celery stalks, diced
05 - 2 green onions, sliced
06 - 1/2 cup blackberries, sliced in half or quarters
07 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the chicken by cooking it using your preferred method (baked, boiled, or grilled). Once fully cooked, shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces and allow to cool.
02 - Chop the celery stalks and slice the green onions.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced celery, sliced green onions, blackberries, and walnuts.
04 - Stir in the cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
05 - Season the salad with salt and pepper according to taste. Serve immediately as is or with keto bread if desired.
