→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs ground beef
02 - 1 large onion, diced
03 - 2 large bell peppers, diced (green, red, or a mix)
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 8 oz cream cheese
06 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Cheese Topping

08 - 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
09 - 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ For Cooking

10 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet with the softened vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook while breaking up the meat with a spatula for 7-8 minutes, or until fully browned.
04 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce to coat the meat mixture and enhance the flavors.
05 - Reduce the heat to low. Add softened cream cheese to the mixture, stirring until melted and evenly coating the beef and vegetables.
06 - Spread the creamy beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
07 - Layer sliced provolone cheese over the beef mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese topping is melted, bubbly, and golden.
09 - Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving to help the flavors meld and aid in serving.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the casserole rest allows the cheese and cream to set for easier serving.
