Mango Avocado Shrimp Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chili Seasoned Shrimp

01 - 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1½ tsp chili powder
03 - ½ tsp paprika
04 - ¼ tsp salt
05 - ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

→ Salad

06 - 2 small mangos, diced (or 1 large mango)
07 - 1 large avocado, diced
08 - ¼ red onion, chopped
09 - 1 small jalapeno, deseeded and finely chopped
10 - 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
11 - Juice of 3-6 limes, to coat the salad

# Instructions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne together and pour over shrimp. Toss until fully coated.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 1-2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
03 - Remove the shrimp from the heat, cut into bite-size pieces, and place in the refrigerator to cool completely.
04 - Combine cooled shrimp, diced mango, avocado, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a large bowl. Pour lime juice over the top and toss until fully coated. Taste and add more lime juice if needed.
05 - Serve immediately with tortilla chips or chill in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes before serving.
