→ Peanut Butter Filling

05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Optional Toppings

10 - Melted peanut butter
11 - Melted chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place 25 Oreos in a food processor or blender and blend until they form fine crumbs, about 2 cups. Stir in 5 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, and a pinch of salt until uniform. Press the crumb mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish using a measuring cup. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool completely.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter until smooth using an electric mixer. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and continue mixing until smooth. Gently fold in 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled pie crust.
03 - Top the pie with chopped Reese's and optional toppings such as melted peanut butter, melted chocolate, Reese's cups, or Reese's pieces. Place the pie in the freezer to chill for at least one hour. Remove from the freezer just before serving. Slice into 10 servings.

# Notes:

01 - To make this a no-bake recipe, substitute the homemade crust with a store-bought Oreo crust.
