# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1 tablespoon cane sugar
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
06 - 1 egg
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt

09 - mini chocolate chips
10 - strawberries
11 - blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix together the cane sugar, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
03 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently mix with a rubber spatula until just combined.
04 - Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
05 - Fill the mini muffin tin with batter, dividing it evenly to make 24 mini muffins.
06 - Top the batter with mix-ins of choice or leave them plain. Use 2-3 blueberries, 2-3 strawberry chunks, or around 1 teaspoon of mini chocolate chips for different flavor options.
07 - Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
08 - Allow the muffins to cool for 2-3 minutes in the pan, then remove and serve immediately with maple syrup for dipping.
