Rainbow Fruit Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit and Chocolate

01 - 6 strawberries, hulled
02 - 1 orange, peeled, segmented, and cut in half
03 - 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 1 1/2 cups)
04 - 1 banana, cut into 1-inch slices
05 - 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
06 - 1 bar semi-sweet or dark chocolate, vegan or dairy-free if desired
07 - Flaky sea salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Thread strawberries, orange segments, pineapple chunks, banana slices, and kiwi chunks onto wooden skewers in rainbow order. Place the skewers on a large plate or baking pan lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
02 - Break the dark chocolate bar into pieces and add it to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
03 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit kabobs and sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired.
04 - Place the plate of kabobs in the freezer for 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
05 - Enjoy the prepared fruit skewers immediately.
