# Ingredients:

03 - ½ teaspoon salt

05 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed
06 - ½ cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
08 - 2 large eggs

09 - 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
10 - 8 sheets graham crackers, broken into halves
11 - 8-10 full-size marshmallows, cut in half
12 - 2 snack-size candy bars per cookie

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then beat on medium speed until soft and well combined.
03 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
04 - Stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
05 - Using a large scoop, portion 3-4 tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each scoop to about ¼ inch thickness.
06 - Place a graham cracker half on top of each flattened dough scoop, followed by two snack-size candy bars and two marshmallow halves.
07 - Place another scoop of dough on top of each s'mores layer. Flatten and pinch the dough to fully encase the filling, ensuring there are no gaps.
08 - Chill the prepared cookies on the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
09 - Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 13-15 minutes, spacing cookies about 1 inch apart. Remove from the oven when the tops start to brown and allow to cool completely.
