Steak Cheese Dirty Fry Burritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 cups frozen French fries
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Condiments and Garnishes

09 - 1⁄2 cup sour cream
10 - 1⁄4 cup salsa
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

→ Seasonings

12 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
02 - Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
03 - Season the steak slices with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
04 - Remove the steak and onion mixture from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
05 - In the same skillet, add the frozen French fries and cook according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
06 - Add the steak and onion mixture back into the skillet with the French fries. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
07 - Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.
08 - Lay the warm tortillas flat on a clean surface. Distribute the steak, onion, and fries mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
09 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside.
10 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place each rolled burrito seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
11 - In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and salsa, mixing until well combined.
12 - Slice the burritos in half, drizzle the sour cream and salsa mixture over the top, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the steak is thinly sliced to cook evenly and quickly.
02 - Preheat the skillet to avoid sticking and ensure even cooking.
