Steak Shrimp Stir Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb wide dried rice noodles, prepared according to package instructions

→ Steak Marinade

02 - 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
03 - 1 tsp cornstarch
04 - 1 tsp soy sauce
05 - 8-10 shrimp, tail off and deveined
06 - 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables (shaved Brussels sprouts, onions, bell peppers, carrots, chopped kale, broccoli florets)
07 - 2 tbsp oil (may need more)

→ Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
09 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
10 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
11 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
12 - 1/2 tsp ginger
13 - 1 tsp cornstarch

→ Optional Garnish

14 - Chili crisps for heat
15 - Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Combine steak marinade ingredients (steak, cornstarch, soy sauce) and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
02 - Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
03 - Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for approximately 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat.
04 - In the same pan, add vegetables and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
05 - Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they form a nice 'C' shape.
06 - Add sauce, cooked steak, and prepared noodles to the pan. Stir well and allow sauce to thicken.
07 - Add green onions and any optional chili crisps. Remove from heat and serve.
