Combine steak marinade ingredients (steak, cornstarch, soy sauce) and let sit for at least 20 minutes.

Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for approximately 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat.

In the same pan, add vegetables and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they form a nice 'C' shape.

Add sauce, cooked steak, and prepared noodles to the pan. Stir well and allow sauce to thicken.

Add green onions and any optional chili crisps. Remove from heat and serve.
