Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Place granulated sugar on a small plate, invert the glass, and rub the rim into the sugar. Set the glass upright.

Add the mint leaves to the glass and muddle gently using a cocktail muddler.

Dice one large strawberry, add it to the glass, and muddle it with the mint. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Blend the second large strawberry with lime juice and simple syrup in a small blender or food processor until smooth.
