Perfect Strawberry Mousse (Print Version)

01 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
04 - 5 medium strawberries
05 - Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

# Instructions:

01 - If using cream cheese, let it come to room temperature. If using coconut cream, open the can to ensure the contents are thick and creamy. Discard any can of coconut cream that is hard and flaky, as these will not work for mousse.
02 - Remove stems from the strawberries and blend or mash them until pureed.
03 - Add the pureed strawberries to all remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.
04 - Transfer the mixture to serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken significantly as it chills.
