Summer Fruit Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4-6 cups sliced stone fruit (cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, etc)
02 - 2 cups blueberries
03 - 2 cups blackberries
04 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
06 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
07 - ¼ tsp cinnamon
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Slice all stone fruit thinly, removing pits if using cherries.
02 - Add all the sliced fruit, blueberries, and blackberries to a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and thyme until well combined.
04 - Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour before serving.
