Sweet Garlic Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds carrots, diagonally cut into 2-3 inch pieces
02 - 5 tablespoons butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet and cut the carrots into diagonal 2-3 inch pieces.
02 - In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from heat and stir in the honey.
03 - In a large bowl, toss the carrots with the garlic sauce, salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well-coated.
04 - Spread the coated carrots onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the carrots are browned and tender.
05 - Adjust seasonings to taste. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
