02 - 1 pound ground breakfast sausage

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven and bake tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
02 - Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
03 - Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Slowly pour in milk, whisking continuously to create smooth sausage gravy.
05 - Simmer gravy until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
06 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Arrange crispy tater tots in a bowl and pour hot sausage gravy over top.
