Teriyaki Ground Beef Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
06 - 1 cup broccoli florets

→ Teriyaki Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
11 - 1/4 cup water
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Garnish and Serving

13 - 2 green onions, sliced
14 - Cooked rice or noodles

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Arrange all the ingredients beforehand for an efficient cooking process.
02 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the minced garlic and ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets to the skillet with the cooked beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ensure the vegetables remain tender-crisp for optimal texture.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
05 - Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and mix to distribute the flavor evenly. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy your meal!

# Notes:

01 - To save time, pre-cut vegetables can be used, but fresh preparation ensures maximum flavor.
