Thai Mango Salad Sweet Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, julienned
02 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cucumber, julienned
04 - 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 2 tablespoons fish sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
08 - 1 tablespoon sugar
09 - 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine mangoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili.
03 - Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, and serve immediately.
