Chop three pieces of turkey bacon and add to the frying pan with ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture is lightly browned.

Transfer the cooked beef and bacon mixture to a baking dish.

Whisk three eggs in a bowl, then pour over the meat mixture in the baking dish. Add double cream and half of the grated cheddar cheese, mixing well.

Top the dish with the remaining cheese and three more chopped pieces of turkey bacon.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
