In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth and well combined. Add minced garlic and dried basil, then blend again.

Scoop the cheese mixture onto a small plate or shallow bowl. Use a large spoon to create a well in the center of the mixture.

Fill the well with honey. Garnish the sides of the mixture with chopped pistachios, finely chopped chives, and cracked black pepper.
