Minute Zesty Chili Lime Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds meat or vegetables of choice
02 - ½ cup olive oil
03 - 2 limes, zested and juiced
04 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
05 - 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
06 - 2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
07 - 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
08 - 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
09 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
11 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, agave nectar, ancho chile powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Whisk or shake to combine evenly. Set aside or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
02 - Pour the prepared marinade over your chosen meat or vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
03 - Grill the meat or vegetables as desired. Serve and enjoy.
