# Ingredients:

01 - 1 taco-size flour tortilla or gluten-free tortilla
02 - 1 ripe but firm banana, peeled
03 - 3 tablespoons peanut butter, divided
04 - ½ cup chopped peanuts

→ Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi

05 - 1 taco-size flour tortilla or gluten-free tortilla
06 - 1 ripe but firm banana, peeled
07 - 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese, divided
08 - 2 strawberries, thinly sliced
09 - 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries

→ Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi

10 - 1 taco-size flour tortilla or gluten-free tortilla
11 - 1 ripe but firm banana, peeled
12 - 3 tablespoons Nutella, divided
13 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Lay one of the tortillas flat on a cutting board and spread 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter, cream cheese, or Nutella evenly over the top.
02 - Place the banana at the end of the tortilla. If the banana is very curved, straighten it slightly as needed. Some cracking is fine.
03 - Roll the banana in the tortilla snugly, ensuring a tight wrap. Position the tortilla seam-side-down on the cutting board.
04 - Spread the remaining tablespoon of peanut butter, cream cheese, or Nutella over the top of the roll. Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, or shredded coconut, depending on the variation.
05 - Cut the roll into 1-inch pieces to create sushi-like slices. Arrange on a plate and serve with chopsticks for presentation.
