Broccoli Salad Honey Dijon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 head broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
04 - 1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped into slivers
05 - 1/4 cup carrots, shredded

→ Honey Dijon Dressing

06 - 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
10 - 1 garlic clove, minced
11 - salt, to taste
12 - pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, turkey bacon, red onion, red cabbage, and carrots. Stir to mix evenly and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Keep refrigerated.
