If using sausage links, cook them in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8–10 minutes. If using ground sausage, cook and crumble in the skillet until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are softly scrambled. Remove from heat.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave or a dry skillet for a few seconds to make them pliable. Place a portion of the scrambled eggs in the center of each tortilla. Top with cooked sausage and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly into a wrap.
