In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well using tongs. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust dressing if desired. Set aside.

Heat a large pan over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Place the warmed tortillas on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to retain warmth. Alternatively, you can warm them in the microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.

Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly, burrito-style. Use a toothpick to secure if needed. Optionally cut the wraps in half before serving.
